I spoke with their lawyer on Friday...I'll post his number when I get home...Bottom line, "we are still trying to put our arms around this situation"...they still have no answers for homeowners....It comes down to their concern with their product vs. us living in a home that could be dangerous to our health. I'm outta here. I've contacted a lawyer and I'm not going to put my kids through any more days of living in a home which puts off toxic air; so toxic it corrodes copper and silver jewelry.

ReplyDeleteAre you available to join on the earnings call that they're having this Thursday? You would get the opportunity to speak directly to Standard Pacific's CEO in front of hundreds of investors.
I've moved out as well and definitely understand. We can't take this lying down though.... Thanks again!
